Refund policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Items may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged or incorrect

To start a return, contact us at info@KingdomThreadsInc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Any apparel from the Seanna Strong Collection 
• Stickers
• Gift Cards

APPAREL POLICY
All apparel purchases from Seanna Strong Collection are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or store credit.
